Our Story
Our story begins with Ignacio López, a trailblazer in the e-mobility industry, who, together with his partner Jesus Nieto, achieved remarkable success by conceiving, building, developing, and ultimately orchestrating a strategic acquisition of Cable Energia by a multinational conglomerate, Shell.
Cable Energia was founded in 2019 by Ignacio and Jesus, after one year of development they successfully raised the first investment round from an industrial partner (Grupo Cuerva) which gave them enough fuel to ramp up operations and continue development of their portfolio (multimillion Euro round series A).
In July 2022, Shell Group fully acquired Cable Energia.

SUPERCUBO
Supercubo is a franchise focused on creating an opportunity for entrepreneurs within the sports industry. A business by subscription that provides a complete, ready-to-go gym that is portable and available for a small down payment and monthly subscription, including the gym and all the necessary tools for them to focus on the «sports» side of the business.

V&L Exp. Agricolas aims to serve the renewable energy industry from the envioremental point of view. Our focus is to provide support to project developers and asset owners to fullfill the envioremental remedies for their projects and build a feasible business around it.
