Privacy Policy
Last updated: 17 July 2026
This policy explains what happens to the personal data you send us through this website. It is written to be read, not to be skimmed past.
Who is responsible
Vida Sustainable Ventures, based in Seville, Spain. You can reach us about anything on this page through the contact form on this site.
What we collect, and only when you send it
Only what you type into the contact form: your name, your email address, your company (optional) and your message. Nothing else.
We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or analytics that profile you. We do not buy, sell or enrich contact data.
Why we can process it (legal basis)
Your consent, given by sending the form (GDPR Art. 6.1.a), and our legitimate interest in replying to a business enquiry you initiated (Art. 6.1.f).
What we do with it
We read it and, if it makes sense, we reply. That is all. We never add you to a mailing list, and we never pass your data to third parties for their own use.
Who else touches it, technically
The site runs on Vercel (hosting) and messages are delivered to our mailbox through IONOS (email). Both act as data processors on our instructions and store data within the EU or under equivalent safeguards. They are infrastructure — not partners we share your data with.
How long we keep it
As long as the conversation is useful, and at most two years from your last message. After that we delete it. If you ask us to delete it sooner, we do it.
Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or object to us using it at all. Write to us through the contact form and we will answer within 30 days. It costs you nothing and we will not ask you why.
If you think we have handled your data badly, you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD). We would rather you told us first, but it is your right either way.
Changes
If we change this policy, we change the date at the top. We will not quietly broaden what we do with your data.
